Full-stack platform that guides entrepreneurs from marginalized communities through an adaptive assessment to a deterministic, explainable eligibility engine, ranked government scheme recommendations, a financial calculator, and application readiness tracking.
Marginalized entrepreneurs in India often qualify for real government financial schemes but never find out — eligibility criteria are scattered across scheme-specific portals, and existing tools either act as generic search engines or let an AI guess at eligibility instead of applying the actual published rules.
Built for Smart India Hackathon 2026, problem statement SIH26092 (Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment). Shipped as a live, deployed Next.js application with a real PostgreSQL database, a deterministic eligibility engine, and role-separated citizen/facilitator/admin experiences — not a static prototype.
Team Lead, Tech Pandas — led a 6-member Smart India Hackathon team, coordinating product design, full-stack development, integration and delivery. Built the schema, eligibility engine, matching and ranking logic, the auth and authorization model, and the screens across citizen, facilitator and admin modes.
