SR Mobiles — Stock Management System

Full-stack inventory, billing, and operations app for a mobile accessories retail shop — replacing manual, paper-based stock tracking with real-time inventory, GST billing, and reporting used daily to run the business.

The app is deployed and live, serving real inventory and billing operations independent of any local infrastructure — accessible from anywhere with an internet connection.

Sole developer — built the Flutter client, the Flask REST API, and the database/deployment architecture end-to-end.

• Inventory CRUD across multiple product categories with barcode scanning and camera-based photo uploads
• Point-of-sale billing with automatic GST calculation and one-tap WhatsApp bill sharing
• Multi-format Excel export/import for inventory reports
• Role-based access (admin/staff), JWT authentication, Google Sign-In, and phone OTP verification
• Real-time low-stock alerts and dashboard analytics
• Self-service profile management (name, avatar)

Built with Flutter, Python/Flask, PostgreSQL (Supabase), Firebase Auth, Riverpod, Vercel.
